Payment: All payment transactions are directly handled between Customers and Drivers. Rapid Rescue Care is not responsible for any payment disputes or issues.

While we strive to ensure quick and reliable service, the actual arrival time of the ambulance may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking an ambulance and ensuring timely payment to the Driver.

Driver Responsibility: Drivers are responsible for arriving promptly at the provided location and delivering services professionally and safely.

Disclaimer: Rapid Rescue Care is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our Service. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of the ambulances or Drivers.

We value your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Rapid Rescue care reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the Terms on our app. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
